Job Details
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Usually works with minimum supervision, conferring with supervisor on unusual matters. Assignments are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity. Has appreciable latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Involved in multiple projects / assignments and can appropriately balance priorities. • Utilizes existing or created processes to manage multiple projects and tasks to ensure all action items are addressed • Maintains a high level of detail focus to simultaneous action items, tasks, projects, etc • Reviews internal systems on a regular basis to track AH [Anticipated Hours], project milestones and project deliverables to ensure project completes on-time and on-budget • In collaboration with Creative leadership and Client Manager, effectively monitors and communicates project status and makes adjustments accordingly • Facilitates Quality Control/Copyediting process for project to ensure highest quality deliverable • Consistently engages clients with targeted, customized design to consistently add value to the customer relationship and positively position Xcenda solutions in the eyes of the customer • Monitors for new possible presentation, technology or design information that can help enhance, elevate and evolve Xcenda creative offerings • Adopts a primary role in the ideation process, helping establish creative branding for clients and taking ownership of brand standards as payer brand steward for client accounts • Also functions as a sounding board and idea resource for graphic design staff to help guide the creative development process

. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Normally requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphics production environment.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization to the completion of difficult assignments • Production expertise and proficiency in professional graphics software for pre-press, print and digital publishing: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional), and advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). HTML and Flash capabilities can be basic with the aptitude and attitude to enhance. • Uses a strong sense of color and design composition in projects; Possesses the ability to make physical mock ups (comps) of work; Thinks in many dimensions to develop a range of ideas and executions to convey concepts. • Seeks out, as consistent with ethical firewalls, fellow Content Developers to discuss similar project work and share best practices in an attempt to enhance efficiency and identify potential synergy • Seeks first to understand by actively listening and withholding judgment to encourage open dialogue • Seeks clarification and correctly interprets messages • Demonstrates a strong work-ethic and eagerness to accept challenging project work that will stretch their abilities and enable growth • Displays a strong willingness for advanced learning and seeks out opportunities to expand current knowledge and skill base • Actively seeks feedback on project work and collaboration with project team to continue self-assessment and improve content work and leadership skills • Identifies opportunities to demonstrate leadership within their content expertise to assist fellow Xcenda colleagues
