Job Summary

Role: Pega Developer Certification Pega Certified System Architect CSA Mandatory

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using the Pega Platform
• Configure Case Management Workflows, Business Rules, Data Pages, Data Transforms and Integrations
• Develop and support REST/SOAP services and third party system integrations
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment and production support
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize application performance using Pega tools
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails
• Collaborate with Business Analysts Architects QA teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Support release management, defect resolution and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 6-10 years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years of hands-on Pega development experience
• Mandatory Pega CSA certification
• Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC, Pega Platform 8x or above
• Experience with Case Management, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Decision Rules and Declarative Rules
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Connectors and Services
• Knowledge of Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, Agents and SLAs
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
• Exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, Git or Bitbucket
• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Preferred Skills

• Pega CSSA certification is an added advantage
• Experience in Banking Financial Services Lending or Insurance domains
• Knowledge of Constellation UI and modern Pega architecture
• Strong analytical debugging and problem-solving skills
