Specialist Software Engineer Python (3-6 Years) | Immediate to 60 Days Notice Preferred

We are hiring a Specialist Software Engineer (Python) to join a global Risk & Reporting Technology team supporting Asia, Europe, and AMER regions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications.

Support critical production systems and ensure high availability.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver enhancements.

Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices.

Work closely with Risk Management and Business Teams.

Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong Python Development Experience

Good SQL & Database Knowledge Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB Familiarity with Git & SDLC Processes Strong Troubleshooting & Production Support Experience

Communication & Stakeholder Management (Must Have)

Excellent Communication Skills Strong Stakeholder Management Experience Ability to interact effectively with Business, Risk, and Technology Teams Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Preferred Skills

Banking / Capital Markets Exposure Market Risk or P&L Reporting Knowledge Front-End Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript Machine Learning & Data Analytics Financial Reporting & Risk Management Exposure
