Key Responsibilities
- Production support duties for the IAM team, including troubleshooting connector issues, monitoring data, and debugging approval requests.
- Work with IAM products (OIM, IIQ, PING)
- Administer IAM systems and resolve issues
- Investigate security/user incidents and resolve access-related issues
- Perform daily monitoring of IAM systems and handle incidents.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate daily with onsite teams to understand new processes and bridge any knowledge gaps in resolving issues.
- Mentor junior resources, provide KT, and help them understand the system.
- Work closely with peer groups to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ability to work on weekends on occasional basis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer scienceor related field, with 4+ years of Cybersecurity Experience.
