Specialist - SAP-SAP TM - Functional

Bristlecone India Limited is looking for an experienced SAP TM Functional Specialist to join our S/4 HANA Functional - Delivery team. The role will own end-to-end transportation management processes, configure SAP TM within an S/4 HANA landscape, and lead both brown-field and green-field projects, ensuring tight integration with other SAP modules and delivering measurable value to our logistics clients.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant.
• Proven track record in both brown-field and green-field SAP TM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP TM processes: order management, freight planning, execution, and settlement.
• Expertise in configuring SAP TM on S/4 HANA and integrating with ECC, SD, MM, and EWM.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into functional designs and configuration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; SAP TM certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and documentation standards (e.g., Test Scripts, BRF+).
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work in a fast-paced delivery environment.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for transportation management.
• Design and configure SAP TM solutions in an S/4 HANA environment.
• Lead brown-field and green-field SAP TM implementation projects from kickoff to hypercare.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and create functional specifications and configuration documents.
• Execute unit, integration, and user-acceptance testing, and resolve defects.
• Develop and deliver end-user training materials and workshops.
• Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical, basis, and other SAP functional teams to ensure seamless module integration.
• Prepare project artefacts such as status reports, roadmaps, and delivery documentation.
• Participate in SAP Activate methodology and Agile ceremonies to drive project velocity.
