Specialist - Recruitment Admin (MIS)

Key Accountabilities

This role aligns with the APAC shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST) and requires candidates to be comfortable working these hours to effectively support regional business needs.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment administration, including requisition management, CV processing, interview scheduling, ATS updates, and candidate support.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, pre-employment screening, background verification, and candidate documentation management.
• Maintain high-quality recruitment data, reports, dashboards, and trackers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLAs.
• Create and manage advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and automated trackers using macros, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools. (Mandate)
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and global stakeholders to provide reporting, process support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience supporting global stakeholders (APAC/EMEA/US) with excellent English communication skills and shift flexibility.
• Advanced Excel expertise (Macros/VBA, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, dashboards, and reporting) - Mandatory Skills
• Strong experience in recruitment administration, onboarding, and recruitment operations.
• Proven data management and reporting skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment databases.
