Role description Experience - 6 to 7.11 Yrs Location - PAN India ( LTM Office ) Jod Summary: Within your project, you will be responsible for functional testing within programs. This involves various testing types across multiple sub-projects, with a core focus on

functional acceptance testing, integration, and End-to-End (E2E) chain testing . You have proven experience in drafting test scripts and performing manual functional testing activities within a SalesForce environment, including regression testing, E2E chain testing, and integration testing. Additionally, you are experienced in working within large-scale programs where multiple teams collaborate and building blocks are delivered in releases. You are proactive in gathering the information required to execute your work effectively.

What will you do? ● Draft test scripts in

Gherkin within

TestRail , based on global release notes and user stories from local changes. ● Execute functional tests on different

SaaS solutions (Saleforce, Workday and others) . ● Execute functional tests for

local integrations . ● Report findings in

Jira and ensure the thorough re-testing of resolved issues. ● Collaborate with test automation engineers to establish the most efficient set of automated tests possible.

Who will you collaborate with? ●

Reporting line: You will report to the Test Manager. ● Testing colleagues from both the Netherlands (NL) and the global team within the international organization. ● Colleagues from existing local IT domains within RGN IT. ● And, of course, your immediate team members.

What do you bring? ● An

HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level, preferably with a degree in IT or Business Administration. Demonstrable experience in a similar role is considered equally important. ● A minimum of

5 years of experience as a tester in complex IT environments. ● Demonstrable experience with

Salesforce implementations and/or

low-code platforms . ● Strong analytical skills, a quality-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills. ● Fluent written and spoken proficiency in both

Dutch and English .
