Job Summary

The Specialist-QA will be responsible for ensuring quality standards across processes by conducting audits, identifying gaps, and driving continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of transactions, emails, and work samples to ensure quality requirements are met
• Document errors, provide feedback, and maintain up-to-date quality documentation
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify improvement opportunities
• Suggest process improvements and training plans based on RCA findings
• Analyze data using graphs and trends to prepare QA reports
• Collaborate with operations teams to address quality issues and implement improvements
• Maintain and update SOP documentation
• Conduct regular SOP audits to ensure compliance and accuracy

Specific Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or audit roles
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and QA reporting tools
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and other RCA tools
• Experience in QA projects using QC tools is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Procurement is a plus
• Certification in Quality Management or Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) preferred
