Roles and Responsibilities :

1. ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

• Proper dissemination of product knowledge to the last lap of the concerned business vertical

• Developing new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers & prospects.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans to drive business growth in the housing loan industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.
• Provide production support during peak periods by analyzing data trends, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.
• Analyze market research reports to inform product decisions, optimize pricing strategies, and improve overall profitability.

• Job Requirements :
• 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related field (e.g., project management).
• Strong understanding of Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different departments (e.g., sales, operations).
• Proven ability to develop effective product implementations that meet business objectives.
