- Involvement in process improvement and documentation
- Handling employee queries
- Full & Final Settlement process
- Monthly Payroll Reconciliations and providing statutory reports to finance
- Motor Car Reimbursement, LTA
- Checking Investment declaration and supporting
- Statutory Compliance Management PF, PT, LWF, ESIC,Income tax and Bonus
- Manage employee Records and Salary Master
- Tracking Leave & Attendance and Regularization and leave encashment
- Knowledge of filing of ETDS returns, Form 16, Handling Compliances
- Adhoc MIS and other work which needs to be completed as required from time-to-time
- Knowledge of handling perquisite tax
