Responsibilities

• Lead test estimation planning strategy formulation and overall testing governance.
• Prepare Statements of Work SOW plan resource needs and handle onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Verify and review deliverables across all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle.
• Ensure end-to-end testing completion and closure for all projects and releases.
• Coordinate with development and deployment teams to ensure test environment and test data readiness.
• Maintain 100 requirement coverage traceability and adherence to testing standards.
• Plan knowledge acquisition and address skill gaps within the testing team.
• Collaborate with development teams and COTS vendors for issue resolution.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly Testing Center of Excellence TCoE status reports to stakeholders.
• Review and sign off on test cases, monitor progress and report testing status.
• Capture, analyze and report test metrics.
• Support User Acceptance Testing UAT execution activities.
• Coordinate test environment availability and manage test data requirements.
• Review and rereview test plans to ensure feedback incorporation.
• Create dashboards, queries and Situat test plans and test cases in Azure DevOps ADO for projects.
• Develop test plans, test strategy documents, daily status reports and provide Situat signoff and test closure reports.
• Day-to-day governance of offshore test delivery activities.
• Identify risks, create and implement mitigation plan.
• Responsible for overall delivery for Scalability Automation Performance and BAU.
• Create resource backup plan in case of resource risks/issues.
• Monitor team performance and take corrective action.
• Resource planning, communicating onboarding and offboarding.
• Daily connect with Scalability Automation Performance leads for status Risks and Issues.
• Accountable for Scalability Regression Test Coverage and Automation Pass Rate.
