ServiceNow CMDB Analyst: Manage CMDB foundation data including product models deduplication activities and data quality improvements; ServiceNow Discovery Specialist: Manage coordinate and oversee daytoday Discovery operations for Onpremises and Cloud infrastructure; ServiceNow Service Mapping Specialist: Design, build, maintain and troubleshoot ServiceNow service maps to ensure accurate application and infrastructure dependency visibility.

Responsibilities

ServiceNow CMDB Analyst

• Handle BAU requests incidents and service tickets related to CMDB data and configuration items
• Monitor and maintain CMDB data accuracy consistency and governance standards across the platform
• Perform analysis troubleshooting and stakeholder support to ensure reliable configuration data management

ServiceNow Discovery Specialist

• Manage coordinate and oversee daytoday Discovery operations for Onpremises and Cloud infrastructure
• Configure and support ServiceNow Discovery onboarding new network segments and ensuring accurate device identification and CMDB population
• Troubleshoot Discovery issues including failed scans credential problems MID Server issues and connectivity challenges
• Administer Discovery schedules IP ranges exclusion lists and performance tuning to optimize coverage reliability and data quality
• Develop discover maintain custom discovery patterns endtoend using Pattern Designer extending outofbox patterns for unsupported or bespoke technologies

ServiceNow Service Mapping Specialist

• Design build maintain and troubleshoot ServiceNow service maps to ensure accurate application and infrastructure dependency visibility
• Lead service onboarding dependency validation mapping quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with application infrastructure and business teams to resolve mapping issues and support impact analysis
• Manage BAU requests incidents operational support activities and stakeholder engagements related to Service Mapping services
