Specialist, Order Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a Specialist, Order Management to join our CNS Order Management MEI team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end order execution, order fulfilment, backlog management, and demand release to the supply chain within your assigned region. You will contribute to on-time delivery, efficient order processing, and a seamless flow of information across the delivery process.

This role is based in Gurgaon.

What you'll do

• Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of order booking, order fulfilment, and demand release to the supply chain within the assigned region.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow throughout the delivery process.
• Manage backlog effectively to support backlog health and on-time delivery.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain constraints that could affect delivery timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day order-related matters and coordinate the resolution of order execution issues.
• Ensure compliance with Metso processes, policies, and guidelines.
• Monitor operational performance through key metrics, including on-time delivery, project reliability, task reliability, case handling time, and backlog health.
• Identify opportunities to improve order management processes, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll bring

• Experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Logistics, or a similar operational environment.
• Good understanding of end-to-end order execution, backlog management, and delivery processes.
• Ability to identify risks early, follow up on actions, and drive issues towards resolution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage day-to-day order-related communication professionally.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
