? Ensuring 100 % availability of packing material as per dispatch schedule. Responsible for Kaizen Implementation, Poka ?Yoke, FIFO, maintain 5 ?S?, to capture near miss, and reduce inventory.

? Co-ordination with the Production Planning Logistics to ensure smooth supply chain.

? Compile of all discrepancy receipts activity (short/excess materials received thru suppliers) of all stores.

? Handling the Manpower activity.

? Maintaining daily stock report.

? MIS reporting.

? Shift Planning.
