Job Description:
Operations Across Hyderabad: Directing all procurement activities in Hyderabad Experience in Indirect , Engineering procurement related to Semiconductor Industry Good Knowledge of STPI, Customs clearance, Import & Export Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs, vendor evaluation, price negotiations, PO creation, and vendor management. Handle import shipments and coordinate customs clearance with CHAs, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders. Manage STPI-related documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and internal procurement procedures. Maintain procurement records, prepare reports, and manage transactions through the ERP system. Work closely with Finance, Engineering, Facilities, and other business teams to support procurement requirements. Build strong supplier relationships to ensure cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience: 7–10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement. Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is preferred. Hands-on experience with ERP systems ( LN, or equivalent). Good understanding of procurement policies, contracts, legal compliance, and corporate governance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to work from Hyderabad will be preferred. Ability to communicate in Telugu is preferred to effectively coordinate with local vendors and stakeholders. Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Qualification: BE/BSc with Minimum 8 years of Experience.
