Job Description:

Budget : 3000-3500 OMR Monthly

Qualification:DM/DNB/DrNB in Cardiology (Interventional Cardiology)

• Comprehensive Interventional Cardiology practice.

• Pericardiocentesis (Pericardial Effusion Tapping).

• Interpretation of ECG, Echocardiography and other non-invasive cardiac investigations.
• Ability to independently manage OPD, inpatient and emergency cardiac cases.
• Excellent clinical decision-making and patient management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and manage patients with cardiovascular diseases.
• Perform coronary angiography, angioplasty and other interventional cardiac procedures independently.
• Manage emergency cardiac interventions, including primary PCI for acute myocardial infarction.
• Perform cardiac catheterisation and other Cath Lab procedures while ensuring patient safety and adherence to international clinical standards.
• Implant and manage permanent pacemakers and other cardiac rhythm management devices.
• Provide comprehensive pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records, procedure documentation and discharge summaries.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance activities

• Split shift duty:

• 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM

General Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of post-specialisation experience is mandatory.
• Male Candidate
• Preference formid-level specialists with 4-6 years of experienceafter PG/Specialization.
• Preferred age:Up to 48 years.
• Candidates withOman DataFlow completed, Prometric cleared, or MOH Viva clearedwill be given priority.
• ForGastroenterologists and Interventional Cardiologists, candidates withDHA Exam cleared and Oman DataFlow completedcan also be considered.
• Monthly on-call duties may be required once or twice as per the duty roster.

Health Insurance:Coverage is provided for the employee. Eligible family members may be added by paying OMR 120 per person per year
