Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Technical Lead with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Microservices, Angular or React, and Microsoft SQL Server . The candidate should also have practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and solution design.

The role requires strong technical ownership, system-design capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional Agile teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 8-10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, and .NET Framework 4.7 .
• Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, and Dependency Injection / Dependency Inversion .
• Hands-on experience designing and developing .NET-based Microservices .
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration.
• Strong proficiency in Angular or React .
• Good hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery .
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server , including database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance considerations.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools .
• Experience with event-driven architecture .
• Knowledge of messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ .

Key Responsibilities
