We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Automation Architect to drive the organizations automation strategy and lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, governing, and implementing enterprise-wide automation solutions leveraging RPA, Intelligent Automation, AI/ML, Workflow Automation, Process Mining, and Cloud Technologies. This role requires a strategic leader capable of defining automation roadmaps, establishing governance frameworks, assessing automation opportunities, and delivering scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Automation Strategy Architecture Define and execute the enterprise automation vision, roadmap, and target-state architecture.
- Develop scalable automation frameworks and reusable architecture patterns.
- Establish automation governance, standards, and best practices.
- Lead enterprise-wide automation assessments and opportunity identification.
- Drive business process transformation through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Solution Design Delivery Architect end-to-end automation solutions across business and IT functions.
- Design automation platforms integrating RPA, AI, OCR, Process Mining, BPM, and Analytics solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend automation technologies and tools.
- Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and operational sustainability of automation platforms.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation and deployment.
- Stakeholder Management Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Present automation strategy, business cases, ROI, and transformation roadmaps to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and vendors.
- Establish Automation Centers of Excellence (CoE) and governance councils.
- Innovation Continuous Improvement Drive adoption of emerging technologies including Generative AI and Intelligent Automation.
- Identify opportunities for hyperautomation across business units.
- Monitor automation performance, ROI, and business benefits realization.
