Inviting applications for the role of HR Compliance

**Work location**: Noida(Work from office)

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end process delivery across learning operations and support. You will manage a small team, act as the first level of quality control, handle escalations, and support the global HR and L&D stakeholders with timely and compliant administration. This role demands strong operational execution, stakeholder communication, and functional knowledge of LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations;
• Provide guidance to HR team on compliance issues;
• Investigate and resolve compliance concerns or violations;
• Keep up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations;
• Collaborate with legal counsel on compliance matters.
• Develop and implement HR compliance policies and procedures;

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Learning Administration or a related role, with a strong background in leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in LMS tools
