Specialist, FAO (GL Reconciliation)

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements.
• Preparate Journal entries.
• Prepare GL Reconciliation
• Bank Reconciliation.
• 5.Month end accrual, Prepayments, Fixed Assets, Revenue Accrual etc.
• Quality check of Journals & Reconciliation.
• Month Close & Finalization
• Financial Reporting & Consolidation.
• Set & Maintain masters related to GL accounts /Profit center /Cost centers etc.
• Support on Audits.
• US accounting experiences.

Key Skills and knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 6-8 years of experience into R2R, GL, Reconciliation
• Proficiency at the basic level of accounting and knowledgeable of the intermediate concepts of accounting
• Computer Literacy in a Windows environment with emphasis in Word, Advanced Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Detail oriented and organized; Project oriented and ability to plan and manage workload on their own; Able to work independently; Team player with a willingness to help with anything to get the job done
