What You’ll Do:

Become an expert in product functionality and customer use cases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering, etc.) to handle escalations.

Meet productivity and quality KPIs, while identifying areas for operational improvement.

Escalate risks to leadership, offering subject matter expertise for solutions.

Execute and evaluate processes, suggesting improvements for maximum efficiency.

Contribute to the development and re-engineering of policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of KYC/KYB compliance within the fintech or travel sector

Critical thinker, thinking outside of the box and pushing for resolutions

Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.

Organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.

Proven ability to meet targets in a high growth and high demand setting.

Process driven, with a knack for automation and improvement.

Able to embrace change with flexibility and agility in a continually changing environment

Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in process launch and maturity.

Ownership mindset with problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Prior Salesforce experience a plus
