The Opportunity
The Senior Analyst plays a critical role within the People Digital & Operations COE and operates as support for the product-owner, translating requirements into actionable inputs for technology teams, and ensuring solutions are delivered, adopted, and sustainably operated.
The role partners closely with People COEs, Business SMEs, Product Owners, Technology, PMO, and Change teams to drive value across the full product lifecycle from delivery through to long term enhancement and sustainment. While the role carries strong ownership and accountability, it is not a technical configuration role.

The Opportunity
The Senior Analyst plays a critical role within the People Digital & Operations COE and operates as support for the product-owner, translating requirements into actionable inputs for technology teams, and ensuring solutions are delivered, adopted, and sustainably operated.
The role partners closely with People COEs, Business SMEs, Product Owners, Technology, PMO, and Change teams to drive value across the full product lifecycle from delivery through to long term enhancement and sustainment. What You'll Do
- Build strong working relationships with DTTL People COEs, Product Owners, Technology, PMO, Change teams, and regional stakeholders to support effective delivery.
- Support global HR initiatives by coordinating workstreams, tracking actions, and helping teams meet key operational and strategic milestones.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify gaps, and support future-state process improvements.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and functional inputs for HR processes and technology enhancements.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, defect tracking, retesting, and issue follow-up.
- Provide Tier 1 support for the products managed by the team, including triaging, resolving, routing, and escalating technology-related queries in line with established support processes.
- Maintain knowledge articles, process documentation, support materials, and stakeholder updates to promote consistency and self-service.
- Prepare clear presentations, reports, proposals, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
- Support change management activities by contributing to communications, training materials, and readiness updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery, case management, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, HR operations, process improvement, or related support roles.
- Experience supporting HR processes, ServiceNow HRSD, or similar enterprise service management tools.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or similar HR platforms is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and translate requirements into business requirements and support UAT and defect management.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed environment is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
