6 to 8 years experience in Cost Control / Cost Engineering, Project Controls Experience with Engineering background

Strong fundamentals in Cost Control Techniques

Independently establish and maintain control budgets and Strong ownership of ETC/EAC and forecast phasing

Engineering Hours Control, Progress & Productivity monitoring

. Variance Analysis (Must explain causes, impacts and corrective actions)

. Ability to align cost/forecast with project schedule

Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP/ SAP / MS Dynamics 360

. Excellent computer skills (i. e. , Microsoft Office software, SAP)

. Excellent Skills in Excel, Power Pivot & Power BI is added advantage

Prior Experience in Handling Detail Engineering & EPC Project Experience is added advantage

Month end Accruals and close experience

Change management skills

Advance Excel Skills

Experience with process improvement and improving process workflows

Strong, effective written and oral communication skills

Highly motivated, self-starter

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

. Proactively contributes to the team

. Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally

. Perform and manage project Controls activity monitoring and Analysis

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

. Responsible for the budgeting and forecasting of project costs, Management Reporting (Cost & Revenue), Internal Reporting, Invoicing, Project Cost analysis, procurement management, Project Monitoring & Control Measures.
