- Design, Develop and Implement RPA solutions using Pega Robotics Studio (OpenSpan tool), in accordance with standard design principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their business needs.
- Develop bug-free code with a good Guardrail score (95% or higher).
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Deploy and monitor RPA solutions, along with troubleshooting & resolving issues in production environments
- Creating and maintaining Solution documentation
- Participate in full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
