- Lead enterprise wide global and local business transformation project engagements finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, Legal & compliance and customer operations, converting business priorities into measurable transformation roadmaps and value outcomes.
- Assess current-state operating models, processes, performance and governance to identify productivity, standardization, control, automation and digital transformation opportunities.
- Partner with business and functional leadership to design future-state processes, operating models, governance mechanisms, KPI frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive transformation from diagnostic and business-case development through implementation, adoption, Change management, benefits realization and continuous improvement.
- Act as transformation advisor to senior stakeholders, connecting business strategy, process redesign, technology enablement, analytics and change management.

- Lead end-to-end transformation programs involving process diagnostics, benchmarking, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process blueprinting and operating-model assessment.
- Facilitate executive and cross-functional workshops covering process discovery, pain-point identification, root-cause analysis, future-state design and transformation prioritization.
- Conduct process assessments and develop standardized process architectures, SOPs, governance frameworks and process management models.
- Use Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches to conduct statistical analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Kaizen, and data-driven continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities across productivity improvement, process simplification, standardization, controls, automation and digital enablement.
- Identify and shape digital opportunities using workflow automation, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI and process-mining capabilities in partnership with technology teams.
- Build business cases and quantify value through productivity release, FTE optimization, cost reduction, cycle-time improvement, quality improvement and service-level enhancement.
- Develop transformation roadmaps with clear initiatives, milestones, owners, dependencies, investment requirements, risks and expected business benefits.
- Establish change-management and adoption plans for new processes, governance mechanisms, digital solutions and operating-model changes.
- Design and deploy KPI frameworks, performance-management mechanisms and governance routines to sustain transformation outcomes.
- Develop executive-level transformation updates, dashboards, recommendations and decision materials for leadership forums.
- Finance Transformation: Accounts Payable, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Shared Services.
- Supply Chain Transformation: Supply & Demand Planning, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Inventory Management, Master Data Management and supply chain reporting.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
- MBA / postgraduate qualification in Business, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / equivalent process excellence certification.
- Project / Program Management certification preferred.
- Digital Transformation, AI / GenAI or process-mining exposure preferred.
