Job/ Role Title: Specialist – Business Solutions Group

Business Unit: Wholesale Banking

Job Purpose: The job purpose is to be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of treasury workflows and systems. This includes conceptualizing solutions, managing testing, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless integration across front, middle, and back-office operations. You will also support business users, manage live issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving process automation and data intelligence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and implement treasury workflows connecting front to back offices for seamless deal execution.
• Collaborate with vendors to conceptualize and build solutions; document and execute test cases.
• Take complete ownership of end-to-end delivery and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct testing, obtain necessary approvals, and maintain documentation for releases.
• Resolve live issues and respond to queries from the business team.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements across implementations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute implementation plans.
• Drive process reengineering and automation initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to support decision-making.
• Manage product lifecycle, process documentation, and audit readiness.
• Oversee technology budgets and expense tracking.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduation: Any graduate
• Post-graduation: Any post graduate

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial markets, business solutions, or treasury systems with strong understanding of treasury operations and financial market systems.
