Specialist Assistant Manager, Analytics and Insights - Reporting - Hyderabad

Summary

Position Summary The SGM Shared services team within the US Firm’s Growth & Purpose organization is seeking an Assistant Manager (USI) to support the Reporting shared services team. This role will focus on owning reporting execution, dashboarding, and insights generation, enabling data-driven decision making across SGMs.

Work you'll do As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Analytics and Insights on the Reporting team, you will be responsible for…

• Owning sales, pipeline, and revenue reporting for Strategic Growth Markets, including KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI and Tableau while ensuring data accuracy, validation, and reporting hygiene.
• Designing and enhancing reporting frameworks aligned to business priorities, governance standards, and reporting standardization goals.
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities using Power Platform and artificial intelligence tools to improve reporting efficiency.
• Generating insights, executive-level presentations, and reporting materials, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align data inputs and reporting outputs.

The team The Reporting team operates as a centralized shared services function supporting SGM leaders through reporting, analytics, and insights. The team plays a key role in ensuring consistency, transparency, and efficiency across reporting processes while enabling leadership with actionable insights.

Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications Required:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in reporting, analytics, consulting, or operations
• Experience developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentation development
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience generating reports, performing data analysis, and producing business insights
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to manage reporting inputs and deliverables Preferred:
• Experience with Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), or R
• Experience with Alteryx or Snowflake
• Experience implementing automation or artificial intelligence-enabled reporting solutions
• Experience working in consulting or cross-functional environments
