Specialist - Architecture

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to drive enterprise ServiceNow platform initiatives with a primary focus on backlog reduction workflow completion system integrations and platform stabilization The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing platform capabilities improving integration maturity increasing platform adoption and ensuring operational alignment across IT and business functions The role requires strong ServiceNow development expertise integration capabilities and a strategic mindset to support platform maturity scalability and futurestate ServiceNow capabilities Key Responsibilities Primary Focus Areas Backlog Reduction Platform Stabilization Analyze prioritize and resolve ServiceNow development backlog items Troubleshoot platform issues and implement sustainable fixes Drive platform stabilization initiatives to improve performance reliability and user experience Enhance existing applications workflows and configurations to reduce technical debt Support incident change problem and request management workflows Workflow Automation Completion Design develop and optimize ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency Implement business rules UI actions client scripts script includes and integrations to meet business needs Ensure workflow completion and adherence to governance standards Integration Development Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications Utilize REST APIs SOAP services IntegrationHub MID Servers and other integration frameworks Support enterprise data synchronization and process automation initiatives Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability Secondary Focus Areas Integration Maturity

Establish standardized integration patterns and best practices

Support API governance and reusable integration frameworks

Improve integration monitoring resiliency and operational support mechanisms

Platform Adoption

Collaborate with stakeholders to increase ServiceNow utilization across business functions

Enable new capabilities through process improvements and automation

Provide technical guidance and support for platform adoption initiatives

Assist in training and knowledgesharing activities

Operational Alignment

Partner with infrastructure application and business teams to ensure platform solutions support operational objectives

Align ServiceNow capabilities with ITSM ITOM and enterprise service management practices

Participate in governance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
