About this role
Experience: 3 to 5 Years Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright/Selenium .
- Develop robust, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Review application requirements and create effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform database validation and verify data integrity using SQL.
- Use GitHub/GitLab for source code management, version control, branching, and code collaboration.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving automation standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright/Selenium .
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies .
- Experience with GitHub or GitLab and Git-based source code management.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases .
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with API testing is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
