About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Work in various Plating processes like Zinc plating, Hard chrome plating, Electroless nickel, Hard anodizing ,ETP ,DM Plant ,Sand Blasting & Buffing Heat Treatment and Night riding.
- Knowledge of machine operations like balancing, polishing, lathe machine
- Preventive maintenance planning, Process verification & set up approval according to Control Plan & SOP.
- Knowledge of process analysis.
- Daily Monitoring with Supervisor & Production Related Employee for smooth& efficient Production.
- Identifying quality problems and carrying nut root cause analysis.
- Daily Rejection monitoring by mailing Rejection %.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Relevant EXPERIENCE:
Must:
03-04 Years of relevant Experience
