SPECIAL EDUCATOR

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to address academic, social, emotional, and functional needs of children.
• Deliver specialized, evidence-based instruction and interventions to support learning, social-emotional development, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare and education teams and maintain effective communication with families.
• Monitor progress, maintain required documentation, and follow best practices in special education.
• All other duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Requires a B.Ed/Diploma in Special Education or Certficate Programmes
• Ability to design and develop training and learning classes for special ned child.
• Skill set to assess, counsel and conduct class in team with parents and staff.
