Open Positions & Compensation

Senior Process Executive (SPE)
CTC: Up to 4.20 LPA

Subject Matter Expert (SME)
CTC: Up to 6.0 LPA

Note: Candidates will be considered for a competitive hike based on their current/last drawn CTC.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Process Executive (SPE)

• Review and process map-related data with high accuracy.
• Validate, update, and maintain mapping information as per process guidelines.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.
• Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
• Adhere to operational and compliance standards.

Subject Matter Expert (SME)

• Handle complex mapping cases and provide resolution support.
• Monitor quality and ensure adherence to process standards.
• Support team members with process-related queries and guidance.
• Conduct quality checks and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in driving team performance, productivity, and accuracy metrics.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution and process enhancements.

Prior experience in Mapping/Non-Voice Operations is preferred
