Responsibilities

• Manage policy servicing tasks efficiently to ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance policies.
• Utilize MS Office tools to streamline documentation and reporting processes enhancing operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve policy-related queries and improve service delivery.
• Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Implement best practices in policy servicing to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
• Possess a strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance principles and practices.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address policy servicing challenges.
• Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model adapting to rotational shifts.
