Spares Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Spares Coordinator to handle customer requests for machinery spare parts. You will be responsible for managing spare parts inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the internal store and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer inquiries regarding spare parts via email and phone.
• Prepare and share accurate quotations, invoices, and order confirmations for spare parts.
• Check daily inventory levels and coordinate with the store department to ensure material availability.
• Follow up with the dispatch team to ensure timely packing and delivery of spare parts to customers.
• Maintain accurate and updated daily records of spare parts inquiries, orders, and dispatches in MS Excel.

Requirements

• Educational background: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.Com. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of industrial packaging machinery, particularly washing, filling, sealing, capping, labelling, shrinking and related packaging equipment, is preferred. Candidates should be willing to learn about machine components and spare parts.
• Basic understanding of mechanical parts (for Diploma candidates) or strong billing/commercial knowledge (for B.Com candidates).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal departments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel and Word.
• Strong organizing skills with a quick-learning attitude.
