Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing of spares.
  
• Assist customers with complaint handling and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries through effective communication.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales data and report generation as required.
  
• Provide support to the team by performing various tasks related to spare management.
