Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Spare Parts Sales Executive to promote and sell commercial vehicle spare parts. The candidate will be responsible for both field and office-based activities, including customer visits, order collection, relationship management, and coordination with the spare parts team to ensure timely supply of parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers to promote spare parts sales.
• Generate and collect spare parts orders from customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the spare parts store and sales team for order processing and dispatch.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, deliveries, and payments.
• Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Resolve customer queries related to spare parts availability and pricing.
• Conduct market surveys and gather competitor information.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma holder (preferred).
• Experience in spare parts sales, automotive aftermarket sales, or commercial vehicle industry preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Valid driving license preferred.
