Spare Parts Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide quotations to Marine Customers like Shipyards, Navy and Coast Guard
• Coordinate with our Principals to get quotations for Parts and make costing using Excel
• Manage inventory levels, maintain delivery timelines of spare parts for marine customers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Analyze sales data using advanced Excel skills to optimize and rationalise pricing based on Last Purchase Price
• Ensure accurate recording of transactions, including tracking inventory movements and maintaining records.

Job Requirements :

• 5-20 years of experience in the auto components industry or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of spare parts management principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively with suppliers to negotiate pricing agreements.
• Be able to communicate with Shipyards, Navy and Coast Guard effectively through oral and written format.
• be able to attained Price Negotiation meetings at Navy,and other customer's premises
