• Customer Satisfaction w.r.t Hyundai & Dealer-Distributor Channels to Reduce Customers Complains.
• Sales Planning for the operational states/ region
• Parts & Accessory performance & operational KPI Achievement for the territory & channel partners.
• Communication,Co-ordination & support activities with internal & external stakeholders.
• Report Preparation & Monitoring
• Distributor Business & Profitability, Market Survey Study
• Dealer/Distributors Spare Parts Warehouse & Operation Enhancement
• Dealers Genuine Accessory display & accessory per car enhancement

Skill Required

• Work coordination with the Head Office & Market.
• Excellent Communication English & Local Language
• Interpersonal & Strong Reporting Skills
• MS Office Excel & PowerPoint
