Spare Parts Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the distribution of spare parts to dealerships, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors to increase sales volume and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in the aftermarket segment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to part availability, pricing, and promotions.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in automobile industry, preferably in after market sales or spare parts management.
• Strong understanding of agricultural equipment (tractors) spare parts business model.
• Proven track record in distributor handling and channel sales management.
