Spare Parts Incharge (Maruti Authorized Service Station)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain adequate inventory of genuine spare parts and accessories across all outlets
• Issue parts against approved job cards only strict three way matching mandatory
• Conduct monthly physical stock audit and daily bin card reconciliation
• Monitor fast moving, slow moving, and dead stock initiate timely reorder and liquidation
• Process warranty claim parts with proper documentation within 48 hours
• Generate weekly MIS reports stock position, consumption, and discrepancies
• Ensure zero stock out of critical and fast moving parts at all times

Preferred candidate profile

• 4 to 5 years of experience in spare parts management at an automobile dealership
• Prior experience of handling parts store independently
• Proficient in DMS parts module and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of FIFO and inventory control principles
• High integrity and attention to detail non negotiable
• ITI or Diploma in Automobile Engineering — added advantage
• Age — 25 to 38 years
