Spanish Specialist (Order-to-cash)

• Manage and process customer orders from receipt to cash application.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders and invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and resolution.
• Analyze and report on order performance metrics and trends.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken, read, and written) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
