• Spanish: B2 Level – Mandatory
• English: B2 Level – Mandatory
• GSD Experience: Mandatory
• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Work Location: Bangalore Only

Key Requirements

• B2-level proficiency in Spanish and English
• Hands-on experience in GSD / Global Service Desk / IT Service Desk
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience supporting international users/customers
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
