Spanish Interpreter - International Business

Job Summary

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking professional to support our international business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and spoken Spanish and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate with international clients, manage business correspondence, and coordinate with internal teams.

Candidates with experience in Spanish translation, interpretation, or international client communication will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business documents, emails, and other communications between Spanish and English.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking international clients through emails, calls, and other communication channels.
• Handle business correspondence, documentation, and client inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with international business teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely responses.
• Support sales operations, prepare reports, and maintain client records.
• Assist with interpreting conversations and meetings whenever required.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in translated documents and business communications.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to international business operations.

Required Skills

• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Spanish-to-English and English-to-Spanish translation.
• Strong written communication, comprehension, and interpretation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email communication.
• Excellent coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with international clients.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma, certification, or formal training in Spanish preferred.
• 14 years of experience in Spanish translation, interpretation, language support, customer service, or international business coordination.
• Candidates with strong Spanish proficiency and relevant practical experience are encouraged to apply.
