Roles hiring for

Executive

Freshers to experienced are eligible for this role

Max Salary will be up to 5 lakhs, and Exp can expect up to 30% on last drawn (max in-hand is 80K in-hand)

Team Leader

Must be a Team Leader on paper with strong knowledge in KPI, KRA, Attrition, CSAT, NPS and if collection exp is added, it's an advantage.

CTC up to 15 Lakhs (Max hike 30 % on last CTC or up to 15 Lakhs, whichever is lower)

Assistant Manager

Must be AM on paper or Snr TL for at least 3+ years on paper with similar exp as TL mentioned above.

CTC up to 18 Lakhs

Quality Analyst

Must be QA on paper with excellent English and Spanish

Max CTC is up to 12 Lakhs

Trainer

Must be a trainer on paper with strong knowledge of BPO training metrics.

Excellent English and Spanish

CTC up to 15 Lakhs

Quality Team Leader / Assistant Manager Quality

Must be QTL or AM Quality on paper with Excellent English and Spanish.
