Roles and Responsibilities :

Understanding the process| ensuring efficient incident resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction by monitoring performance Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers via phone| email| and chatResolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional mannerPreparation of RCAs and other required reportingSpanish B1| B2 (Intermediate)

Essential Skills: 4 to 7 years of experience within HR space. Fluency in Spanish and English (written mandatory)Understanding the process| ensuring efficient incident resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction by monitoring performance Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers via phone| email| and chatResolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional mannerPreparation of RCAs and other required reportingSpanish B1| B2 (Intermediate)

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in teaching or training in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish language (written & spoken) with ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience developing curriculum plans, lesson plans, and instructional materials using adult learning principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
