    Q

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in aerospace engineering or spacecraft systems.

    • Strong fundamentals in kinematic synthesis, pneumatic/hydraulic actuation, mechatronics, and instrumentation.

    • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, including structural strength, stability, and fatigue failure modes.

    • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and surface treatments.

    • Expertise in first-principles analysis, including hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

    • Proficiency in CAD tools such as NX, SolidWorks, or Creo, and FEA tools like ANSYS.

    • Familiarity with ASME Y14.5 standards for design and drafting.

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to independently diagnose and communicate technical challenges and solutions.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    W

    • Work on cutting-edge space technologies and contribute to real flight hardware.

    • Opportunity to take ownership and make impactful engineering decisions.

    • Collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven work environment.

    • Competitive compensation aligned with aerospace industry standards.
