Responsibilities

• Fully dedicated on-account resource supporting Space Data Management Team (SDM) services.
• CAFM Operations - Management and maintenance of Client's CAFM technology (Archibus)
• Support location coordinators' / teams to maintain accurate employee data & floor plan information in CAFM.
• Dedicated CAD support for ongoing CAFM maintenance.
• Data archiving.
• MIS for Executive review
• Perform headcount/space allocation analyses and provide detailed reports of this for review - Space data (allocations and space types) maintenance
• Assist with office space planning support as needed
• Supports the Move coordination team with data integrity
• Accommodates ad-hoc requests for queries from the database.
• Reports issues and concerns related to the overall use, functionality and performance of technology to the team lead
