Summary

South Star is seeking a dedicated Receivables Support Analyst to join our Accounts Receivable Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient customer service-driven collections, conducting billing analysis, and resolving payment-related issues. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to manage a portfolio of U.S.-based customers, focusing on collaboration and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

Compile and distribute daily/monthly performance reports.

Review daily payments and conduct payment investigations.

Monitor online payment transactions and support company bill pay center.

Produce and present monthly performance reports for the bill pay center.

Assist with outside collection placements.

Support the Receivables VP, Director, and the team as needed.

Required Skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Proficiency in report design and presentation.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional time management and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently with self-motivation, while also thriving in a team environment.

Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Flexibility to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

At least 2-5 years of experience in collections, finance, and/or customer service.
