Requirements:

• Previous experience as a South Indian All-Rounder Cook.
• Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking methods.
• Ability to prepare a variety of South Indian dishes.
• Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen safety.
• Able to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities.
• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to work long hours.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook South Indian dishes according to company standards.
• Handle food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper food quality and portion control.
• Manage ingredients and minimize food wastage.
• Follow instructions from the head chef or management.
