Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate day-to-day kitchen production
Ensure food is prepared as per recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
Train and mentor CDP, DCDP, and Commis staff
Maintain kitchen discipline and workflow efficiency
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and food safety standards
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering requirements
Assist in food cost control and budgeting
Step in as acting Executive Chef when required
